Looking for a Good Sauna Studio in Utah

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for recommendations for a good Sauna Studio Salt Lake City. I’m interested in trying sauna therapy for relaxation and recovery and would prefer a clean studio with a comfortable and private environment.

I’ve been checking out different options around the area, including a Sauna Studio in The Avenues, SLC and a Sauna Studio in Millcreek, UT. I’m also open to traveling a little farther, so recommendations for a Sauna Studio in Provo, UT would be helpful too.

For those who have visited sauna studios in these areas, what was your experience like? I’d especially like to know which type of sauna you prefer, how long your sessions usually are, and whether you recommend booking in advance.
